Land plot is on the island Drvenik Veli, middle of Dalmatia in fron of town Trogir. Island is 4 times daily by ferry connected with Trogir and Split. On the land plot of 1777 m2 is old stone house, 50m2 not inhabitaded by 30 years. In court yard is outdoor kichen 6m2 with good wall but broken roof. All roud are green ypresses, olive tres and other bushes. From harbour and main settelmet is 15 miutes drive. Nearby land leads road from village to the southern part of island to the beautyfull beach and crystal clear sea. The sea is rich on fish. In house there is no water supplay and electricity. the nighborough use solar enegry, have water tanks . The water come by truck tanks from coast. There is no shunt, so they have septic tanks. there is 150m to zhe beach. Thnere is building permission. The surrounding is not devastatede, so it is a nice protected and clean area.
