The process of purchase is the following: you choose one or more real-estates from our offers and after making an appointment you can have a look at the ones you have chosen. You receive help and informations from our colleagues and our lawyer's office. In case you decided to buy one of the real-estates, you can pay 10% deposit, with a fore-contract until the final contract is signed. When purchasing an estate the contract is to be written in the mother longue of both parties ( vendor and buyer ). For the registration at the Real-Estate Office permissions of lokal and areal offices are necessary, these are managed by our office. In about 4-6 weeks from signing the contract the buyer is handed the dokuments in connection with registration by our office.
